related concepts. The activities for business continuity management are explained in three phases: 1) plan, 2) operation and 3) review and improvement of business continuity management system. Major processes and activities, required technique and tools/methods are also defined in each of the phases. The issues raised as public organizations usually outsource their information systems environments and management practices to deal them are also explained . |
